In this window, recalled by "Text archive" command from "Export messages" submenu of "Folder" menu you can set parameters of of message export to a text file which can be for example printed or published in the Internet. In the upper field you must enter destination filename. Meaning of other fields:
Export range - specifies which messages should be exported.
Header style - specifies header style. You can pick your own header style (editable in multiline edit box at the bottom of screen), full header or no header at all.
Separator - specifies style of message separator. You can pick own separator, no separator or default ("%%% MESSAGE %%%") separator.
Remove trailing empty lines - if checked, removes all empty lines at the end of messages.
Keep message order - if checked, messages are exported in order set in message list. Uncheck this to export messages in folder file order (this will make exporting much faster).
"Own header" field is used to specify your own message header look. Among text and other ASCII-art, you can also use macros. They work in similar manner to editor macros, but here you use header names instead of predefined macro list. For example, to insert message sender (contents of "From" header field), you can use $From; macro. To insert message subject - $Subject;, and so on. If the header does not exists, macro name will be replaced with blank space.
Click "Export" button to start message exporting process. Progress bar located above buttons denote current export progress. "Minimize" button lets you hide program windows and make it work in the background and "Cancel" can be used to immediately terminate export.
